The integrated management information system (IMIS) is specially designed and indigenously developed by SPML for smart utility management as per Indian requirements and working conditions keeping in view our Hon'ble Prime Minister's ambitious initiative of Make in India program.

It is highly scalable and capable of handling the Metering, Billing, CRM, Network Analysis, Demand Forecasting & Management, Asset and Inventory Management, Business Intelligence, and Operation & Maintenance of the entire network.

After implementing this system, the water loss has been considerably reduced and revenue increased significantly with better consumer services of water utilities in Delhi and Karnataka.
